Y7 Drama Outreach Visit to Clyst St Mary Primary School

Yesterday we had the privilege of taking a group of our Y7 Drama Students to Clyst St Mary Primary School to work with the reception class. A lovely time was had by all. Here is the Year 7’s report and feedback…..

“We visited reception class because they were learning about Goldilocks and the 3 Bears.  We had prepared a short play telling the story and  we performed it to the children.  We made a few mistakes but managed to improvise to hide them.  The children enjoyed the ‘Bears Song’ most.  The children hot-seated us and learnt about our characters.  They asked lots of interesting questions and lots of questions about sport.”

“I enjoyed seeing the little kids and making them laugh”.

“I found performing the Bear Song with Cohen and Joe lots of fun”

“It was exciting to be hot-seated by the children and respond to their thoughtful questions”.
