We were delighted to welcome Dr Taufiq Thiagi, Special Adviser to the Malaysian Government’s Innovations Ministry. Dr Thiagi is in the UK visiting accredited Thinking Schools, as the Malaysian Government has decided to make ALL of their schools Thinking Schools. It was a pleasure to meet him, and share our experiences while learning about education in Malaysia. Dr Thiagi met staff and visited several classrooms to see how cognitive tools and resources are used in Clyst vale. The photograph also includes Richard Cummins of Education Consultants Kestrel, which created and runs Thinking Schools, and Dr Walters who is responsible for the development of the programme in Clyst Vale.
