Killerton House Head Chef Visits
BRITISH FOOD FORTNIGHT
On Wednesday 5th October 8r/Fn4 were very lucky to have the chance to make pizzas under the instruction of the Killerton House Head Chef, Gelf Alderson. As well as learning how to make the bread dough for the pizza base, using flour from Clyston Mill, they were also provided with locally sourced, ‘in season’ vegetables from Broadclyst Community farm and were able to make and eat their own pizzas.It was a great opportunity, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
